Online Meditation Retreat: Relinquishment and Renewal

January 21 - January 23

with Jim Bedard and Randall Baker

Our daily schedule will include chanting and sitting (optional), group meditation, and Dharma talks. Attend part-time or full-time.

Talks and guidance will focus on letting go of unwholesome habits-of-being and the cultivation of wholesomeness and goodwill.

When accompanied by morality and commitment, this practice helps us gain insight into the patterning of the mind and the world it projects. The insight/wisdom that this practice fosters can lead to final liberation.
