Online Meditation Instruction

Physical distancing has prompted Satipañña Insight Meditation Toronto to offer online meditation guidance, Dharma talks, Entering the Way talks, group meditation, and multi-day retreats. This method of reaching our wider community is something we plan to continue long after the Coronavirus crisis has passed.

Tuesday evenings, 7-8:30 Toronto time, we are offering online guided meditation and Dharma talks. Join us on Zoom or visit the Weekly Mindfulness Meditation page for more detail.

Beginning in January 2021, join us Wednesday mornings, 7:30-9, for Puja (chanting and meditation). Download the Amaravati Chanting booklet (PDF).

Beginning in January 2021, we’re adding  Friday morning group meditation, 7-9.

Saturday mornings, 9-10:15 Toronto time, we are offering online guided meditation and a Q&A or talk.  Email info@satipanna.com if you wish to submit a question about practice. Some Saturdays will be led by a guest teacher or followed by a talk.
