Residential Meditation Retreats
Take the time to enter wholeheartedly into practice in a dedicated setting. Multi-day retreats are an opportunity to physically and psychologically get away from our everyday routines, and to suffuse the body/mind with Dharma.
Please note: During the Coronavirus crisis, residential retreats are being replaced by online retreats. You can participate from your own home.
At other times, our multi-day residential retreats are conducted either at Chapin Mill Retreat Center, Batavia, New York, or St. John’s Convent & Guest House, North Toronto. See the listings for the details of each retreat.
For more information on Satipañña Insight Meditation Toronto retreats, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 416-444-9292 (not the individual venues).
Before you attend a retreat, please familiarize yourself with the Retreat Guidelines (in the sidebar).
Podcasts of some Dharma talks from previous retreats can be found online.
We welcome everyone to participate in a safe and respectful meditation environment regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, or age. To this end, all are encouraged to approach the teachers or board members with any requests for accommodation, or other concerns about well being during practice.
Scholarships are available for most of our retreats; please speak to one of the teachers.
